Who? What Points Action Lap
Race

Hamilton, Lewis (McLaren) Off the track 1 pts Ran wide whilst trying to overtake Webber.

1

2
Ferrari Pit lane blunder 5 pts Ferrari let Massa go from the pits, very close to Hamilton who was passing.

Despite not actually being deemed an unsafe pit release it was a very close run affair. Massa ran along side Hamilton before having to yield to the Englishman.

10
Petrov, Vitaly (Renault) Unsportsman like driving 3 pts Petrov almost pushed his teammate into the pits for an early stop.

Running neck and neck through the last corners of lap 12, Petrov and Heidfeld had a bit of an argument. The loser was Heidfeld as, exiting the second to last corner, Petrov shoved him into the pit entrance.

Heidfeld recovered to rejoin the track but there was much waving of fists

12
Heidfeld, Nick (Renault) Hand Signals (offensive) 4 pts After being pushed off by his teammate, Heidfeld let Petrov know his feelings.

Heidfeld was in the right, his clumsy teammate almost made him enter the pits without the need of a stop.

12
Kobayashi, Kamui (Sauber) Off the track 1 pts Kobayashi took to the grass to get past Schumacher.

With Schumacher making life hard for everyone behind him, the hard charging Kobayashi used the grass to get around the German. This worked and threw Schumacher into the clutches of Sutil.

16
Sutil, Adrian (Force India) Deviousness 5 pts Seeing Kobayashi making his move on Schumacher, Sutil made his move too.

The move was somewhat messy, like vultures fighting over the meat, but Kobayashi led the way and Sutil followed past Schumacher.

Schumacher had just completed a fast timed lap when the hard charging Hamilton caught up with him. Through the “Senna S’s” of the first few corners, Hamilton was forced to slow to avoid Schumacher who was still on the racing line.

Schumacher avoided punishment for this incident.

Massa, Felipe (Ferrari) Tactical DNQ 20 pts After making a mistake in turn 9, Massa aborted his only timed lap of Q3.

Pulling in a deciding to not go out again meant that Massa could save a set of tyres for the race. It also meant that he set no timed lap intentionally as he took 10th place on the grid for Sunday.
