Due to necessity of seven marshals to recover Jacques Villeneuve's,
strickened BAR 01 the race was red flagged. This information was communicated
to the two McLaren drivers, almost instantly, even before they were on Hangar
Straight. Meanwhile at Ferrari, the information was not communicated to either
Schumacher or Irvine.
